There are a number of steps you can take for the maintenance of this product:

• Clean the Z-axis: Firstly, dry clean the Z-axis T-screw. Then apply a thin layer of general-purpose lubricant to ensure it turns smoothly.
• Clean the 3D printer: Make a plate with rubbing alcohol and tissue paper, carefully cleaning the printer and resin tank

If you are using it for the first time, please follow the steps below carefully: 

• LCD Test
  • Click on the Tools button and then click on the LCD Test button.
  • Check that the image on the LCD screen is the same as the image on the touch panel.
  • When the LCD screen displays the image, the LCD TEST is complete.
• Z-axis Calibration
  • Click the TOOLS button, then the Z CALIB button.
  • Remove the resin tray. Place an A4 sheet of paper on top of the LCD. Unscrew the 4 screws on the sides of the PCB.
  • Wait for the build plate to come into contact with the LCD screen.
  • Tighten all 4 screws. Pull on the paper to make sure it doesn’t move easily. Click “Done” to complete the calibration.
